Washable Reusable Bed Pad Buyer's Guide

1. Will the vinyl on washable reusable Underpads crack after being washed?  NO - The vinyl is designed to maintain a soft texture and will not crack.
2. Will the vinyl on washable reusable Underpads melt when being dried? NO - It is industry standard to NOT exceed 168º F drying temperature. 
3. How many times can I wash a reusable bed Underpad before it wears out?  It depends on how it is laundered.  The more bleach the less the life of the Underpad.  If laundered carefully it can be reused hundreds of times.
4. What is a soaker?  Underpads are made with various liquid soaking capacities.  Most often they have a 6 ounce, 8 ounce, or 10 ounce poly/rayon soaker (per square yard) sewn under the top layer of the bed pad.  Does this mean that they only hold 6, 8, or 10 ounces?  NO - This stands for the weight of the material not the ounces of liquid they will absorb.  Generally, the lighter the soaker the less liquid will be wicked away (absorbed) from the person using the Underpad.   
5. Can I purchase these Underpads at a lower price? YES - Call us and we will provide pallet quantity quotes.  If you place a large order and can wait we will import your special order at the same time we do and it will save you money.
6. Can you manufacture an Underpad for me with different measurements or material?  Call us and we will provide you a quote.  This would have to be for very large orders. 200+ dozen for imports.  Much less for domestically made items but the price would be more. We can have the item private labeled with your companies name.  
7. If I have you import Underpads for me how long until I receive the bed pads? Approximately 60 days
