If you choose not to order your non slip socks online or by telephone (888) 388-5862 you may order by mail or fax.

Please fill out the order form and either mail it along with your credit card number (for fax or mail orders), or check or money order (by mail).  Once we receive the order (if a check or money order) we will wait until the payment clears the bank and then ship the product.  Please note it can take up to 7 days for payments to clear the bank.
