The frame is 13.25" wide x 16.25" high. This is an old vintage frame made of wood. The green portion of the frame around the picture is a velvet material. It has a glass front. The back of the piece shows the frame was Made in Holland.The print inside the frame has a fold in the center of the picture (the fold is not very visible). This is an original print of a hand colored engraving showing a fashion print scene. The printer was Abel Goubaud who printed the piece in 1884.
